First grade is a year for success!  Our first grade scholars will become more fluent readers while focusing on topics that catch their interest.  We will become mathematicians, scientists, and authors in our daily learning. 

This website is designed to keep my parents and students informed of what is going on in our learning environment.

May 25-May 29- NO SCHOOL
May 31- Definition Derby and 4th Grade Talent Show at 7:00 pm

Please remember to wear sneakers to school on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Please remember your library book every Friday. 

Homework Procedures- There is a NEW HOMEWORK PROCEDURE!
Homework is sent home every Friday in the Behavior Folder and it is due back in the Behavior Folder on Friday.  Please also return your math rings in your Behavior Folder on Friday.  There will be a Spelling Test every Friday.  Remember to go on Razz Kids at least once a week and try to go on IXL Math every night. Please make sure you are reading EVERY night!  

Snack Time
We will have a working snack during school each day.  Please remember to pack your child a healthy snack for this time of the day.
